What We Do

Quality Maritime Training offers U.S. Coast Guard approved training courses for Charterboat Captain, Master/Mate of vessels of 100 and 200 GRT, Towing Vessel Officer Apprentice Mate (Steersman),  License Renewal, First Aid & CPR, Able Seaman, Tankerman PIC, Radar Observer Original & Renewal certifications, Basic and Advanced Fire Fighting  more.

In addition, we offer a number of Coast Guard approved STCW-95 compliant training courses such as, Rating Forming Part of a Navigational Watch (RFPNW), Basic Safety Training, Proficiency in Survival Craft (PSC) /Lifeboats. Additionally, we offer deck officer STCW courses for ARPA, GMDSS, ECDIS, Bridge Resource Management, Medical Care Provider, Ship Construction & Stability, Cargo Handling & Stowage, Emergency Procedures, Search & Rescue, Magnetic & Gyro Compasses, Meteorology, Electronic Navigation, Terrestrial & Coastal Navigation and Celestial Navigation.

Training Support & Instructional Staff

Our training support and instructional staff all possess experience in the offshore vessel and maritime training industries.  Our administrative staff can help you with the ins & outs of the U.S. Coast Guard and International training & certification requirements.

All of our instructional staff have achieved the standards set by QMT in completing our in-house train-the-trainer programs before we assign them as an instructor for any of our training courses or programs. All of our instructors have extensive background and practical experience in the maritime industry and vessel operations.
