What holders of existing Deck/Engineer Licenses must do to Comply with STCW-95?
There are many holders of deck and engineer license that for what ever reason did not complete the STCW-95 "Gap-Closing" requirements allowed from August 1, 1998 through February 1, 2002. Now, even operators of vessels of less than 200 GRT, on foreign voyages must also comply
with STCW-95. Below are the training and certification requirements for various deck and engineer licenses and what you must do now to obtain the STCW-95 Certificate: |
